Refunds and Exchanges

Desla's Creation is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail deslascreation@yahoo.com. NO REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT A WRITTEN STATEMENT ABOUT WHY THE PRODUCT DIDNT WORK FOR YOU VIA EMAIL. We Desla's Creation reserve the right to not REFUND any monies for any reason to you (customer) if not ALL documentation of proof of purchase is received. For a refund (MINUS THE S&H ) or exchange, item(s) must be returned undamaged within 5 days from the date you received it.

Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the item(s). For your security, please send your return through an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS-insured) and retain your mailing receipt. Desla's Creation is not responsible for and will not refund any items damaged or items lost in transit. YOU THE CUSTOMER will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping

If you purchase an item you have 5 DAYS to pay through paypal and pick up the item or the item will go back on the market and monies will NOT be refunded. Once the paypal payment goes through the item will be shipped to you. Chicago IL land area recidents have free shipping and you can email me at deslascreation@yahoo.com to arrange delivery dates and times, u can also place orders there too!! Customers ANY jewelry that was created through Desla's Creation breaks PLEASE do NOT try to fix it. Send it back to us and we will fix it for you. If you try to fix it you will be a charged a repair fee. THANK YOU.

Please take note*- YOU (customer) will not hold Desla's Creation responsible for any physical,mental,emotional and body damage, ie. ear infection, allergic reactions, tissue damage, ripping earlobes, dragging ear lobes, discoloration on the ears, not limiting BUT including other body illnesses, upon purchasing ANY/and ALL products on this site, home deliveries, special orders, street sales, special functions ie. birthdays, workshops, seminars, holiday gifts etc not excluding BUT including other sale methods.  YOU (customer) purchase these and other items at your own risk.
